    MSEd-HEA Courses

    Courses Overview

The MSEd-HEA curriculum begins with an introductory course providing foundational knowledge in the field of higher education administration. Students simultaneously complete a core curriculum aligned with the most pressing needs in our field while pursuing elective courses that allow them to hone their expertise in a subfield.

Through evidence-based practice and real-world applications, students develop both theoretical understanding and practical skills. The program culminates in a capstone seminar where students create a comprehensive resource manual in their area of expertise, serving both as a professional portfolio piece and a practical resource for colleagues in higher education.

Students with less than one year of higher education administration experience must complete PAF 9322 Higher Education Administration Internship.
